.discussion... The remnants of the cold front which entered missouri yesterday has is now becoming rather diffuse. However...the boundary appears to be located fm the kc area southeast to nr dmo. Given the modest instability and uncapped environment...wdly sct pulse tstms have developed this aftn. No svr is expected...but given warm rain processes...locally heavy rainfall is psbl through this evening. Once the sun sets...the convection is expected to dissipate. Otherwise...convection in nern nebraska..ahead of a weak shrtwv...will continue to move east. It will encounter a stable air mass with this cluster unlikely to hold together long enough to make it into the nern corner of missouri. Concern lies with a shortwave now entering scntrl ...
