Please browse through this site for Trimble, MO and Smithville Lake weather info, some interesting photos we've taken through the years and some stats and thoughts occasionally shared on the blog. This site is in a constant state of change. It is an exercise in experimentation. Different pages may look entirely different from others on the site. Yes there are annoying ads on the pages. Clicking on these helps fund this site. We probably match about 10 to 1 on the ad revenue buying stuff for the site, but every little bit helps. Feel free to drop a note here with any comments or suggestions you may have.

Yes, this page is from a template. I don't have the time or patience to create it from scratch and have a decent looking site. My knowledge of HTML5 and CSS is fair at best. I know enough to be dangerous and make changes to the template where I wish. A link to the template is on the bottom of the page. This will continue to be a work in progress so bear with me. I discovered this template on 1/26/2013 and it went live on 1/27/2013. There may still be a bug or two but they will eventually get worked out.

Seed Starting
It's getting to be that time of year. Time to start the peppers, tomatoes and a few other veggies from seed. I'm still trying to figure out if I'm going to do the updates on a dedicated page or just use the blog like I have in the past. Either way the link to the info will be here soon
